Fiat Linea Classic launched at INR 5.99 Lakhs

Fiat has launched a priced down version of its Linea and named it as Linea Classic. This is just like Ford renamed their Fiesta to Classic for a new Fiesta. Fiat Linea Classic will make way for the upcoming new Linea. According to the Italian car manufacturer, they are offering Linea Classic at a price of a sub-four metre car.

Linea Classic will be powered by both petrol and diesel engines. The petrol engine is a 1.4 Litre which makes 88bhp. The diesel engine is a 1.3 Litre Multijet diesel engine with 75bhp. Diesel car comes in two versions as Linea Classic and Linea Classic Plus.

Fiat has been able to reduce the price of the Linea Classic so competitively by omitting some features like airbags, steering mounted controls, chromium finishes etc.

Fiat Linea Classic is priced at INR 5.99 Lakhs for the petrol version and INR 6.96 Lakhs for the diesel Linea Classic and 7.49 Lakhs for the Linea Classic Plus (All prices are ex-showroom, New Delhi).
