Hyundai has launched the Grand i10 hatchback in India. Grand i10 is based on the next generation i10. This launch will fill the gap between current i10 and i20.
Grand i10 is available in both petrol and diesel fuel options and four trims of Era, Magna, Sportz and Asta.
Era has power steering, air conditioner and an engine immobiliser. Magna gets additionsal central locking, fog lamps, keyless entry, wheel covers, electrically adjustable wing mirrors, power windows and rear air conditioner vents.
Sports trim gets rear parking sensors, a music system with an aux-in and USB connectivity, push button start, titl adjustable steering wheel and a cooled glove box. The top end Asta comes with rear windscreen with wiper and defrogger, rear spoiler, alloy wheels, drivers seat height adjustment, steering mounted audio control and bluetooth conncectivity.
Grand i10 comes with 1.1 Litre three cylinder diesel engine with a fuel efficiency of 24Kmpl as per ARAI and a 1.2 Litre Kappa petrol engine. Petrol engine has an optional four speed automatic transmission also.
Hyundai’s Grand i10 has an introductory price of INR 4.29 Lakhs for the petrol era trim, INR 4.49 Lakhs for petrol magma trim, INR 4.88 Lakhs for the sportz trim and INR 5.47 Lakhs for Asta trim. While the diesel era comes at INR 5.23 Lakhs, diesel magna trim comes at INR 5.43 Lakhs, diesel sportz trim at INR 5.82 Lakhs and top end diesel asta trim at INR 6.41 Lakhs (all prices are ex-showroom New Delhi).
