Question papers leaked: Odisha Plus Two physics exam cancelled

Bhubaneswar, March 8: The question papers of Plus Two Physics examination which was held on Thursday were found to be leaked, official sources said. The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) cancelled the physics exam while the government has ordered an investigation.

 

CHSE chairman Gauri Shankar Ray said, "We have cancelled the physics paper after detecting the leak." He also added, “The CHSE will soon announce the new date.” Over 50,000 science students have to re-appear for the examination. The cancellation of the exam has brought disappointment among the students who were preparing for Engineering and Medical entrance.


The examination which started from March 1 is scheduled to go on for a month till March 31. Around 3 lakh students from more than 1200 colleges are appearing for the month-long annual examination in arts, commerce, science and vocational streams.
