Apples

Eat apple with the skin for a high dose of fiber both soluble and insoluble. Soluble fiber helps lower cholesterol and in soluble fibre keeps you regular. Apple has flavonoid & antioxidants which enhances the activity of vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of heart attack, stroke &colon cancer. Apple also help to lower the chance of developing asthma and diabetes. Apples are also a natural mouth freshener and clean your teeth and keep white.

Blueberries

Blueberries are rich in antioxidants, which help fight cancer, stroke and prevent macular degeneration. Blackberry extract may help stop the growth of lung cancer cells. Blackberry contains compounds that can protect against urinary tract infections.

Oranges

Oranges are rich in vitamin C and also contains potassium. Hesperidin in the opaque membrane around each wedge lowers cholesterol. Eating 3 to 4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, prevent & dissolve kidney stones.

Bananas

Bananas have more potassium than most fruits and may help lower your risk of high blood pressure and stroke. Protease inhibitors in banana that can prevent stomach ulcers.

Kiwis

Kiwi is tiny but a good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber. Vitamin C content in Kiwi is twice that of an orange. Kiwi lower the risk of cataracts.

Strawberries antioxidant power protect the body from cancer-causing, blood vessel-clogging free radicals. Strawberries are also an excellent source of vitamin C. Strawberries help control type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

Papayas

Papayas contain a lot of vitamin C. Papain in papayas helps improve our digestion. Carotene in Papaya is good for your eyes.

Guava

Papayas also contain a lot of vitamin C. Guava is also rich in fiber, which helps prevent constipation.

Watermelon

Watermelon contains a rich dose of glutathione which helps boost our immune system. Lycopene in watermelon is a cancer fighting oxidant. Vitamin C & Potassium are also in watermelon.

Pineapple
